Hi gradmommy. I found your site putting in “pregnant” and “grad school” in google because I am thinking of just that- getting pregnant during my first year of grad school which begins in the fall. I wanted another woman’s perspective on what it would be to take on both of these huge changes at once.
Reading your blog has made me less fearful of the idea and more open to “just do it”. So thank you, and if you are anywhere near Austin Texas I would like to take you out for your favorite Starbucks to thank you.
And if I have some questions in a couple months, I may just bother you with them. Thanks.

Hi Lindsay - I’m happy that you have found some perspective in this blog. Unfortunately I am not in Texas, but if you are ever in the Bay Area, CA, you can take me out then
Let me know if there are any specific things you’d like me to blog about - I’m struggling right now with what “flavor” I’d like this blog to have, and perhaps with some suggestions I can really solidify this thing into something useful. Thanks again for reading!
